DETAIL ABOUT EVERY FLAT’S EQUIPMENT :
double bathrooms, wide all equipped kitchen including the electric oven, fireplaces, air conditioning (hot/cold), tv, washing machine, wide open space in the outside courtyard with grass and furniture for external as chairs, tables, beach umbrellas.
Solid woud and taste furniture, barrel and cross vaulted ceilings.
THE FLAT RATES INCLUDE:
- hot water consumption, gas, electric energy consumption including air conditioning (hot/cold) and household appliance
- flat cleaning on arrival and every Saturday on the week change
- clean bed linen and towels at arrival
- swimming pool daily use
- taxes
NOTES:
- for every flat the number of people can’t exceed the number of the available beds that is 6
- the miminum stay per flat is one week (7 nights)
- arrival and departure must be on Saturday with the following time schedule:
12,00 – 14,00 / 17,00 – 19,00; the flat must be left on Saturday within 09.45 am

| GENERAL NOTES |
Animals are not permitted.
The swimming pool opens since July 20th to August 31st, except specific requests and with a minimum of 10 people attending the Estate.
The room must be payed in advance, with a 30% of the total amount, by bank accounting or by postal order. The remaining 70% will be payed without fail the day of arrival.
The apartments must be payed in advance with a 50% of the total amount, by bank accounting or by postal order. The remaining 50% will be payed without fail the day of arrival.
Credit cards are not accepted.
